BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Andrew is the Chief Executive Officer of NTUC Income. Prior to this, he was the General Manager of Life & Health Insurance.

A seasoned professional in the insurance industry, Andrew held key leadership roles in Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Vietnam with AIA, Mercer, Great Eastern and Prudential before he joined Income in 2015. His business experience cuts across diverse disciplines, ranging from distribution and business development to operations and information technology.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Glasgow and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Singapore Institute of Management. He is also a fellow at the Life Management Institute.

Marcus Ho is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Marcus has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry where he held a number of key positions, including Chief Financial and Actuarial Officer with Prudential (Vietnam), Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary with Prudential (Singapore), and Chief Financial Officer and Appointed Actuary with Great Eastern (Vietnam).

Marcus holds a Bachelor of Business in Actuarial Science (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

Ronald is the Chief Executive Officer of Infinitum, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Infinitum’s operations and steering its strategy and growth.

Prior to joining Infinitum, Ronald was the Head of Agency at NTUC Income and was instrumental in professionalising, renewing and growing the agency force. A veteran in the industry, he brings with him more than two decades of experience across multiple markets, including Singapore, China, and Brunei, where he held key senior positions in renowned insurance companies.

He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Adelaide, is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and completed the Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) programme.

As the General Manager of Operations and IT, Stephanie is responsible for Infinitum’s Operations and Information Technology, implementing systems and processes to support the company’s business strategy. By achieving operational efficiency and technological empowerment, Stephanie aims to deliver high quality financial advisory and customer service through the company’s Sales Force.

Stephanie has over 25 years of insurance operations experience with leading insurance companies, of which 14 years were spent in managing multi-channel distribution operations, distributing mass market and High Net Worth products via Banks, Financial Advisory Firms and International Brokers. Throughout her career, she has led the implementation of pro-business initiatives and process improvements to meet business and customers’ needs as well as distributor requirements.

As the General Manager of Finance and Human Resources, Solomon oversees the finance and HR functions and plays an important part in driving the company’s financial planning and strategy.

A qualified chartered accountant, Solomon has over 19 years of experience in SGX-listed Companies and other multinational corporations, and brings with him a strong financial and distribution background with extensive experience in the life insurance business. Prior to his appointment, Solomon was with Manulife (S) Pte Ltd for more than a decade, where he was the Head of Distribution Services and was responsible for supporting the company’s multi-channel distribution strategy. During his tenure at Manulife, he supported in the setting up of Manulife Financial Advisers Pte Ltd. Earlier in his career, Solomon spent a decade as an accounting professional with extensive experience in finance operation, financial planning and control, as well as management reporting.

Solomon is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Ho Kit has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Infinitum, he was with UOB overseeing various areas of product management, compliance, as well as training and management of sales teams.

He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical & Production (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University and holds professional qualification as Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

As Head of Risk Management and Compliance, Geraldine’s main responsibilities include Risk Management and Compliance, which include areas such as Market Conduct, Adherence to Fit and Proper Guidelines, Balanced Scorecard Audits, AML/CFT reviews, and liaison with authorities.

Geraldine started her career in the financial industry as a financial services auditor with Ernst and Young before joining Lion Global Investors to undertake a Regulatory Compliance role. Prior to her Head of Compliance stint in ex-Elpis Financial, she joined JPMorgan Asset Management (Singapore) to focus on the development of a Communications Control Framework spanning across Singapore and South East Asia. With over 10 years of financial services compliance experience, Geraldine’s competencies comprehensively extend to cover a myriad of regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering and risk management aspects in the asset management, financial advisory and insurance space.

Geraldine attained a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accountancy from National University of Singapore and is undertaking the Diploma in Regulatory Compliance certified by the International Compliance Association.
