BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Andrew is the Chief Executive Officer of NTUC Income. Prior to this, he was the General Manager of Life & Health Insurance.

A seasoned professional in the insurance industry, Andrew held key leadership roles in Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Vietnam with AIA, Mercer, Great Eastern and Prudential before he joined Income in 2015. His business experience cuts across diverse disciplines, ranging from distribution and business development to operations and information technology.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Glasgow and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Singapore Institute of Management. He is also a fellow at the Life Management Institute.

David Tan is the Chief Compliance Officer of NTUC Income, and is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory obligations, and that market conduct risks are adequately mitigated. He is also the Data Protection Officer.

David started his career with the Singapore Civil Service in 1980. After 18 years, he left to join Great Eastern Life as the Head of Compliance and Operations Risk. Thereafter, he joined AIA Singapore Pte Ltd as part of the Senior Management team where he oversaw the Compliance and Risk functions.

David holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree from the University of London and is also a Certified Compliance Professional from GRC Institute, Australia.

Ronald is the Chief Executive Officer of Infinitum, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Infinitum’s operations and steering its strategy and growth.

Prior to joining Infinitum, Ronald was the Head of Agency at NTUC Income and was instrumental in professionalising, renewing and growing the agency force. A veteran in the industry, he brings with him more than two decades of experience across multiple markets, including Singapore, China, and Brunei, where he held key senior positions in renowned insurance companies.

He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Adelaide, is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and completed the Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) programme.

As the General Manager of Operations and IT, Esmond is responsible for Infinitum’s Operations and Information Technology, implementing systems and processes to support the company’s business strategy. By achieving operational efficiency and technological empowerment, Esmond aims to deliver high-quality financial advisory and customer service through the company’s Financial Services Consultants.

Esmond brings with him more than 25 years of industry experience in life, general and health insurance. Prior to joining Infinitum, he held several senior management positions in NTUC Income including Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Life and Health Insurance Operations, Head of Corporate Office and Head of IT Operations and Support.

As the General Manager of Business Development, Lye Poh’s key responsibility includes managing the sales distribution team and ensuring that they are competent in providing the right solutions to meet clients’ financial needs.

Lye Poh has over 19 years of experience in the financial advisory industry. Prior to joining Infinitum, he was the Managing Director (Operations & Finance) at IPP Financial Advisers Pte Ltd. Lye Poh is an active figure in the financial advisory industry and was a Committee Member in the EXCO of the Association of Financial Advisers (Singapore) from 2013 to 2018.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with 2nd Upper Honours from the National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). He is also a Fellow at the Financial Services Institute (FFSI) and Life Management Institute (FLMI).

Prior to his appointment, Solomon was with Manulife (S) Pte Ltd for more than a decade, where he was the Head of Distribution Services and was responsible for supporting the company’s multi-channel distribution strategy. During his tenure at Manulife, he also set up Manulife Financial Advisers Pte Ltd. Earlier in his career, Solomon spent a decade as an accounting professional with extensive experience in finance operation, financial planning and control, as well as management reporting.

Solomon is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

As the Head of Product and Partnership Strategy, Ho Kit’s key responsibility includes establishing strong business partnerships with providers of insurance and investment products so as to curate an attractive product suite to meet the diverse needs of clients.

Ho Kit has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Infinitum, he was with UOB overseeing various areas of product management, compliance, as well as training and management of sales teams.

He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical & Production (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University and holds professional qualification as Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

As the Head of Risk Management and Compliance, Meng Hee’s main responsibilities include Risk Management, Compliance and Legal, which include areas such as Complaints Handling and Investigation, Balanced Scorecard Audits, AML/CFT reviews, and liaison with regulators.

Meng Hee started his career in the financial services industry as a Financial Consultant with Prudential before he moved to Great Eastern Life to undertake a role in Training & Competency, after which he had a stint in Market Conduct Compliance. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Meng Hee’s extensive competencies extend to sales, training and competency, market conduct compliance, as well as regulatory compliance.

Meng Hee has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Applied Economics from Nanyang Technological University and a Diploma in Compliance from the International Compliance Association.
